Please review our shipping guidelines below:

🚚 Where We Deliver

  • We offer National Delivery across South Africa.

  • Please note that our delivery services are strictly limited to addresses within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

πŸ’° Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of R750 or more qualify for free delivery nationwide.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under R750, a flat-rate shipping fee of R95 will be imposed and displayed at checkout.

⚑ Delivery Timelines

We know you need your workspace supplies fast, so we work hard to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Johannesburg & Cape Town: We strive for and most often achieve Next-Day Delivery for orders placed in major JHB and CT metropolitan areas.

    • Please Note: While next-day delivery is always our primary target and what we actively strive for, it is not guaranteed due to unexpected courier delays, peak seasons, or public holidays.

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: Delivery to areas outside of major metros generally takes between 2 to 3 business days.

We do not have tracking embedded into the website. If you want to query the delivery status of your order, please reach out to customerservice@officebox.co.za.

πŸ•’ Delivery Hours

Our couriers deliver during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). They do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure someone is available at your chosen shipping address (whether it is a home or office) to receive and sign for your package.
